2025 U18 Representative Season Info

For Those interested in attending the U18 national tournament in Timaru (Men) and North Harbour (Women). 29th June - 5th July.

Southand U18 Trials will be:

U18 Men

Tuesday 1st April, Invercargill, 6 - 730 PM

Sunday 6th April, Gore 4 - 530 PM

U18 Women

Tuesday 1st April, Gore, 6 - 730 PM

Sunday 6th April, Invercargill 4 - 530 PM

More trials may be held if necessary.

Who can Trial?

Anyone who is under 18 (born between 2007 and 2009) can Trial.

You must also be currently or intending to be Registered to a Southland Club or School in 2025

Following trials, squads/teams will be selected to play in Wakatipu shield. 11th May. (Hosted in Central Otago)

U18 A Teams will then be finalised.

There will also be other games played as tournament campaign build up.
